Event details: Every Sunday morning from 8:30am to 12:30pm, the Adelaide Showground Farmers’ Market becomes a bustling community hub for the people of Adelaide and its visitors. Stallholders travel from across South Australia each week to sell direct, creating an authentic farm-to-market experience that showcases the quality and diversity of South Australian food. With more than 100 stalls spread inside and out at the Adelaide Showground, the market offers fresh fruit and vegetables, meat, dairy, eggs, bread, seafood, honey, and a wide range of artisan products. It’s the perfect place to shop seasonal produce, stock up for the week, and enjoy a relaxed Sunday atmosphere. Beyond fresh produce, the market is a place to meet the people behind the food, hear their stories, and gain a deeper appreciation of the care and commitment that goes into farming. Families can enjoy breakfast together, children can join in activities, and community groups connect with shoppers through fundraising and events.
